In order to prevent any unauthorised access to or disclosure of information transferred electronically, the appropriate physical, electronic and managerial safeguards have been put in place for your protection. In Fattie Prince no Alcoholic drinks are served and no BYO Alcoholic drinks are permitted.
What information we collect about you
Personal information is defined in the Privacy Act 1998 mean any information or an opinion about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable, whether the information or opinion is true or not and whether the information or opinion is recorded in a material form or not.

The type of personal information that we collect depends on how you choose to interact with us. For example, we may collect the following kinds of personal information:
• contact details such as your name, date of birth, delivery address, postcode, gender, email and phone number;
• information about your experience with Fattie Prince’s, including your use of our products and services, for example from general feedback and feedback in relation to your order.
For bookings over 5 people, a $100 deposit is required which will be included in your total order.
For any booking cancelations in less than 45 minutes of arriving in your booked time your paid deposit will not be refunded to you.
