Meal Satisfaction
If you’re not completely satisfied with your meal due to a preparation issue—such as receiving the wrong item, undercooked food, or a clear quality concern—please let us know:
* In-person:Notify our staff during your visit
* Takeaway or delivery: Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order
We may offer one of the following remedies, depending on the situation:
* A replacement meal
* A store credit
* Or a partial/full refund to your original payment method
To help us address the issue fairly and promptly, please provide:
* A brief explanation of the concern
* And, if possible, a photo or the uneaten portion of the item
📌 Please note: Refunds or credits are not offered for:
* Change of mind
* Personal taste preferences
* Dishes that are largely consumed or leftovers
Each case is assessed individually with fairness in mind.
Booking Fee Policy
For dine-in reservations, a booking fee is required to secure your table.
* If you cancel your reservation at least 1 hour before the booked time, your booking fee will be fully refunded.
* Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the reservation may not be eligible for a refund.
